[8:33:44 PM] Error retrieving follower list. Will try again in 2 minutes.
Now that I think about it I know exactly what's causing this. Outdated versions of the bot will no longer communicate with Twitch servers thanks to some changes they made. Newer versions work fine.

Alright so where do we go from there?
Couple of things I noticed. You are running an old version of UTB. Try updating, if it won't update then redownload from the site and install in the same folder. Second thing I noticed is that you will only gain points as long as the bot detects your channel is online, which can take up to 5 minutes after you start your stream.

Not sure if this helps, but I was playing around with the StreamPro layouts and widgets and noticed something.
Thanks for the information. I have confirmed this issue exist, but I do not have a fix yet.

Probably because it was too big or something. So how do you recreate this? Give me some more details. Does it only does this when you have a new followers? Does it advertise this constantly?

If I remember correctly, when [currency] is used, it check to see if there was a [bal] (or [balance]. Can't remember) to see if it's > 1.This used to work automatically. Where is it not working exactly? Custom command? SelfBalanceCheck command? That is my custom Greeting for returning users, but I might have set the keywords wrong so I need to see if it happens again.
If you can list me the locations where the bots are mentions, I will look into excluding them in those locations too.

Speaking of Nightbot, is there a way to hide bots from the Balance list? Both Nightbot and Vivbot appear on my !top10 xDPut them in a viewergroup of their own and check the exclude option.
On another note, I think the [currency] command should display the plural name of the currency, rather than the singular one. Having UTB say you have 15 Star is kinda funny. This used to work automatically. Where is it not working exactly? Custom command? SelfBalanceCheck command?
